Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Brand Name Adventure ATV Tours! Before embarking on an exhilarating journey with us, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions.
1.
Reservation and Payment
To secure your ATV adventure, reservations must be made in advance through our website or authorized agents. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers.
2.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded.
Age and Health Requirements
All participants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. It is important to be in good health and free from any medical conditions that could be exacerbated by the physical demands of ATV riding.

Safety Measures
Your safety is our top priority. Helmets, protective gear, and thorough safety briefings are mandatory for all participants. Follow your guide's instructions at all times and adhere to designated trails and paths.
4.
Equipment and Damages
Participants are responsible for any damages caused to the ATV and other equipment due to negligence or recklessness. A security deposit may be required, refundable upon completion of the tour without incidents.
Weather Conditions
Tours may be rescheduled or canceled in cases of adverse weather conditions that compromise safety. Our team will keep you informed and make appropriate arrangements.
Liability Waiver
Participation in ATV tours involves inherent risks. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before embarking on the adventure. Brand Name Adventure ATV Tours and its affiliates will not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the tour.
Tour Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as trail closures or inadequate group size. In such cases, participants will be offered alternatives or a full refund.
